Describe the feature you want to add

Add the possibility to run the cli outside of the Bruno collection folder.
I think it would be useful for us because we run scripts to run multiple collections and I don't want to cd in each folder.

I'm migrating tests from Newman and I was using this feature to specify the collection to run.
