Add Documentation for Global Environments

I have checked the following:

• I've searched existing issues and found nothing related to my issue.

Describe the feature you want to add

the public documentation for Bruno variables makes no mention of global environments and needs to be updated to include global environments

the public documentation for the the scripting feature in Bruno makes no mention of the following methods, and needs to be updated to include them

• bru.setGlobalEnvVar(key, value)
• bru.getGlobalEnvVar(key)

The only place I found referene to these new features is in comments on closed issues. Commets on closed issues is not a good source of documentation.
