Change theme on changes to an environment variable in the shell?

Hello! I would like to achieve something like this: when I set AWS_PROFILE to the value ScaryAdminProfile in the shell that is running within hyper.js, the theme changes; for example, sets the background color of that pane to red.

Is that possible? How would I best do something like that?
