Test Report Renders Suboptimal at 400% Zoom #389

When viewing a test report at 400% zoom on a resolution of 2560*1440, the test report (depending on its title and other factors) can render suboptimal.

Most if not all of these can be remediated by improving content reflow.

Breadcrumb wrapping

Three breadcrumb items, the third item wrapping below the first and second item.

Task title wrapping

The test task titile "Navigate to/a checked/checkbox/in/interaction/mode" wrapping over multiple lines

Controls overflowing

Two buttons, "Raise an Issue" and "Open Test" showing no separating margins, and "Open Test" escapes its boundary

Skipped tasks text wrapping

Two columns of testing tasks, each column having its task titles wrap across multiple lines
