Hi @alexpf there isn't a way to drag the arguments around, but I'm not sure if that is what you mean by "cell". If you want to move the arguments you can simply edit the workflow, then cut/paste the argument in another position.

For me, a notebook consists of individual cells - I think I took this terminology from Jupyter or Databricks notebooks, with which I deal constantly :) Warp notebooks seem similar for me, and I assumed that one can move a cell with a command up or down, just as in other notebook solutions. By drag-and-drop, or by key shortcuts.
