when /dev/ptmx resource is out, Warp will crash when opening a new tab or launch Warp. #5868

Describe the bug

OS: MacOS 15.1.1
Arch: apple sillicon
warp: v0.2025.02.19.08.02.stable_04 and old versions.
Describe: open many tabs in other terminal emulator like iTerm, then open a new tab in Warp will cause Warp crash.

To reproduce

Open many terminals to use up /dev/ptmx resource, then launch Warp or open a new tab in Warp, crash can be reproduced.
