Describe the bug

If I close warp when a process like a node server is running, I can't open it again. I need to open the task manager and kill the process to open the terminal.

To reproduce

Open warp
Run a command like npm run dev or npm start
Close warp, it will ask if you want to close, click on yes
Try to open warp again - not working
Go to the task manager and find the warp process - kill it
Try to open warp again - it works

Does this block you from using Warp daily?

Yes, this issue prevents me from using Warp daily.

Is this an issue only in Warp?

Yes, I confirmed that this only happens in Warp, not other terminals.
