If I close warp when a process like a node server is running, I can't open it again. I need to open the task manager and kill the process to open the terminal.
To reproduce
Open warp
Run a command like npm run dev or npm start
Close warp, it will ask if you want to close, click on yes
Try to open warp again - not working
Go to the task manager and find the warp process - kill it
Try to open warp again - it works
