What's wrong

pipeline fails with "Unable to process file command 'output' successfully."

Recently github has announced change that echo "::set-output name=x::y" command is deprecated and should be replaced by echo "x=y" >> $GITHUB_OUTPUT

How it should be

print output and not fail.

Got the same error today, using 0.19.2 , tried the solution in prev comment (#2734 (comment)) , it removes the
"Unable to process file command 'output' successfully. error but flake8 still fails with:

Error: Process completed with exit code 1.
