Can't sign into WordPress.com after signing in with self-hosted site #21701

As noted here:

One thing I noticed (which might be pre-existing). If I sign into a self-hosted site first on WordPress, I can't sign into WordPress.com later because the "Me" tab is gone. Might just be something to look at later.

@jkmassel I'm not able to reproduce this in either trunk or release/2.7. In my case, if I first sign into a self-hosted site, the Me tab is still visible and I can access the "Login with WordPress.com" item and use it to login. This happens regardless of whether the site has the Jetpack plugin. Is this something you can consistently reproduce?
