没有测试过，不大清楚，已知鸿蒙上h5录音存在回声消除跟降噪没法生效的问题，鸿蒙next还没有正式发布估计会遗传鸿蒙的这些毛病

h5录音用的webrtc，是浏览器通用的功能，跟是什么操作系统没有关系
