iOS App需要在项目Background Modes中勾选Audio才能在后台保持录音
Android App需要使用保活机制才能在后台录音，开一个前台服务会显示常驻通知

iOS 勾选Audio了，但还是不行

刚又试了另一台手机，系统16.4.1的可以；iPhone7 系统15.7.9的不行，其他手机和系统还没试，不知是否和系统有关系
