有赞Application 初始化耗时200ms 左右，我异步处理，但是是否有检测是否初始化好检测？ #15

就是我用分析工具分析，有赞初始化是一个耗时操作，我放到子线程初始化，但是我首屏有广告，可能跳转到有赞页面，我如何检测有赞是否已经初始化好，然后有个判断，我在初始化，或者懒加载
