Description

See also #25776.
Similarly, we found in some logs unexpected accesses to the following two catalog tables:

{ database_oid: <db_oid> object_oid: 2607 }
{ database_oid: <db_oid> object_oid: 2615 }

We don't have a minimal repro yet, but the logs confirm it could happen.
