Hi @zaro0508,

First of all, thank you for the resolvers you implemented, those are really useful.

Any chance you release them as a package available on the PyPI?

This resolver was meant as a work around for issue Sceptre/sceptre#760 and the related issues referenced in that issue. How about we both work on a solution to that issue instead of pushing this work around to pypi?
