Determine how & execute on the elimination of the v1 Zowe Docs #2337

Zowe Docs is hosting all of the V1 releases, now that it is off support, we agreed it should be eliminated.

Tasks to consider:

Remove the reference to Zowe v1 in the "live" dropdown at Zowe docs
Retain ONLY the Zowe v1.28 entry and revise the wording on the warning to read in the past
Eliminate the prior versions in ZOWE DOCS
Address all references to any v1 doc pages in other areas of the project including: a. Zowe Download area b. Github issues that reference zowe v1 doc pages
c. Others?

We have added this item to the Doc Squad roadmap for 3.2.
