Description

Perhaps I'm mistaken, but Zowe startup always issued some set of WTO messages to the SYSLOG during startup. When/why do we need to follow this section of the doc?

Zowe Launcher issues the set of WTO messages when the messages appear in the standard out.

This article is used when you want to track one specific message to know that Zowe properly started and you want to have the 8 characters message id to be the first element of the message.

This specific behavior was requested by multiple users.
