请教两个问题：

configmap使用时，必须通过bootstrap文件吗？application文件不行吗？
serviceaccount可以不定义吗？不用https协议，还是说必须要用serviceaccount来访问api呢？

reload configmap这块，如果在这个项目里面加上数据库(mybatis等)，会发现无法reload，必须删除pod才能获取新值。是个bug吧
