I tried to solve via Zulip support chat, but nobody had Windows to test this, perhaps it happens only in Windows.
In the desktop app, latest version, add languages Portugues (Brazil) and English, as per image.
Type acentuacao, it offers acentuation, in English, it should offer Acentuação, in Portuguese. So the spell checker only works in English.
If I keep just Portuguese, then it works. Really strange.
Does not happen in the browser, since I believe then it uses the browser's spell checker.
