Code review integration with zulip chat

I was thinking of a workflow which integrates Zulipbot with the chat. The workflow works like this. When a PR is ready for review the person tags Zulipbot and ask for a review in GitHub. Something like this

@zulipbot needs review

As a result of this Zulipbot integration will create a new topic in #code review with the PR no as the topic and asks users to take a look at it for review. If anyone is interested in reviewing the PR he can @mention Zulipbot in chat telling he will review(something like @zulipbot assign me) and Zulipbot will assign the PR to him in GitHub for review.
