chore(workspace): migrate to vocs

Summary

This starts the migration to vocs, will have to migrate the .css file as it contains a lot of vitepress specific classnames and the shiki stuff for this to be completed. It also looks like ::code-group isn't supported here

TODO

• update shiki config so we support the graphql textmate
• convert theme from vitepress to vocs
• implement Badge component
