A data story template based on STEM

The actual web template is in the template folder. Please create a folder for other things that you want to push to this repo. The template intends to not use any framework so that the client can pick it up easier, taking into consideration of their skillset.

How to develop the template (with RStudio)

1. Install the servr package (https://github.com/yihui/servr)
2. Open the /template folder in RStudio
3. Open a terminal in RStudio
4. Run Rscript -e "servr::httw()" -b
