This pull request aim to start a transition from jspx templates to thymeleaf ones. The most important changes include updating the dependencies in the
pom.xml, adding pagination support in thePayEvtDaoService,PayEvtMontantDaoService,PayTransactionLogDaoService,PayEvtController,PayEvtMontantController,PayTransactionLogControllerclasses, and adding Thymeleaf templates for easier maintenance.
