This release candidate fixes performance issues with re-indexing of the chain on its current length. It also adds epoch index to relieve stress on the node on epoch lists building and adds some additional metrics for the transaction and gas flow over time to allow us to provide transaction volume and gas consumption analysis.

Support for go-opera node and SFCv3 after the network upgrade.

The network upgrade to go-opera and SFCv3 is one of the greatest steps in the Fantom Opera network development. This API server release follows the changes of the node and SFC contract and adds support for the new SFC rewards system including rewards history tracing and some other cool features needed for the Fantom Explorer and fWallet future development.
