I wasn't too sure when to consider 2C operational. It was launched in Sep 2024, but the first data acquired in Jan 2025 https://sentinels.copernicus.eu/web/sentinel/-/precise-timing-of-transfer-of-duty-from-sentinel-2a-to-sentinel-2c-on-21-january
Currently, written Jan 2025 in notebook
