Fix typos in artists names
Unify notations to have one name for the artist for different entries (some cards uses different name notations for same artist).
It is not always obvious what to pick, so I tried to follow the name they use on their homepages or social medias (meaning for some names it will be with abbreviations as in E.G. Gist, sometimes with middle name abbreviation like Heather V. Kreiter, etc).
