Added a short section in the chapter on unit functions and algebra about unit functions from an information perspective, and how they compare to the units found in quantity calculus.

Fixed the typo "f_u" where it should have been "f_d" as per issue 3.

Latest release 0.16.1.

Fixed an issue where the document referred to an unofficial implementation of the framework when no such program has been released. The referenced program is the sandbox that the developer used to test certain features of the framework. It was going to be released but it is not in a good state, and would require lots of work to maintain, so it was decided in the last minute that it would not be made available. This sandbox will ultimately be replaced by an official implementation instead.
