change installation script to not 'run start'

Change installation script to not 'run start' on install
Also: Fixed typo.  /dist/Main.css is actually /dist/main.css
Issue #4 - "I don't have permissions to modify my dist folder after the script starts the dev server on install. 🐛 #4"
