Update shipped packages

This is a stepping stone towards the full BrainGlobe version 1 release, adding some additional packages that are not part of the internal restructuring but are nonetheless ready for release.

• Now shipping brainrender
• Now shipping brainrender-napari
• No longer shipping morphapi
