I think GIN is not happy with the actions re-downloading the test atlases. I'll cancel the workflows here wait until the cache gets refreshed and then make a release to make sure all tests pass with the new cache! |

What is this PR
Why is this PR needed?
Now that we published to PyPI the installation instructions were slightly out-of-date (and also get displayed on PyPI now).
What does this PR do?
Updates the installation instructions.
I've manually tested installing via napari, and the internal link in the readme.
