Updating Documentation

Extended the Lucid Evolution documentation content to be more comprehensive. New structure is easier to follow using components like Tabs.

thanks @0xBora for maintaining this. Other reviewers; I've checked in local build that things like tabs and embeds are working well.

One note on the YouTube embed at the end: being more generous with the height= property would make the text more readable in the video if readers choose to preview it on the page.

Thanks for the feedback @rphair, I think you are right. The reader should be able to comfortably preview the video without having to leave the page. I will revise the height of the frame.
