What changes did you make?
Refactoring crisp chat (
/chat) page to new messaging service (/messaging)Includes new page design including team bio and faq section. The crisp chat is embedded via an iframe instead of the previous widget. Refactors were required to remove the existing crisp functionality of setting user data and triggering analytics events.
Why did you make the changes?
As part of a Bloom epic to improve the chat service, deemphasising the live chat element and emphasising longer replies.
