~~Images can not be resized/moved/scaled~~ (bug in excanvas, fixed with sencha's patch)
Image filters don't work (no support for getImageData/toDataURL in excanvas)
Shadows don't work (no support for shadowColor/shadowBlur in excanvas)
Gradients don't work (bug in excanvas)
Patterns don't work (bug in excanvas)
Flickering when moving text (bug in excanvas)
