Summary

This pull request to provide an alternative solution to sending confirmation emails. So, instead of requiring a token, we use the Microsoft Graph client directly to send emails.

Test Plan

I'm not entirely sure how to test this hence the WIP. But, the graph client is authenticated and API requests can be sent with the client.
