Acceptance Criteria

After the draft has been completed and the fantasy league moves to an ACTIVE status, the current week for the fantasy league should be updated correctly

Tech Notes

Fantasy league current week needs to be either the current week for the available riot league if a single league is selected
- If multiple leagues are allowed, then the current week of the fantasy league is the lowest week number out of the selected available riot leagues
