This updates to the new ESLint "flat" config format. All eslint related packages are upgraded as well, most notably
@opencast/eslint-config-ts-react.This lead to more lints being activated and thus to new warnings. I fixed the easy ones, while disabling the harder ones, due to time limitations. While disabling lints seems fishy, note that this PR does not make anything worse, the code was like that before. We can easily enable and fix those lints in the future.
