changed csv output from comma separated to semicolon separated #63

This makes it easier to copy and paste them into an email client and have each recognized as an email address.

If not ,separated, then why not pipe-separated? That's the usual alternative, and importantly is automatically recognized by Excel.

I could leave it as comma separated, but that adds an extra step because Outlook won't recognize commas as separators for email addresses. What I'm trying to avoid is having to import it into excel before copying the email address. With semicolon separated, I can cat the csv file from the command line after running the script and copy those emails directly into the BCC line for an email :)
