These links do work on https://exercism.org/docs/building/tooling/test-runners
No, sorry. Currently, the links are only supposed to work on exercism.org/docs. I've been trying to get us to advertise this more (#397), since this has been biting people over and over again. |

Ah! til there is a documentation site :) The automated github issues in the language track repos linked to GitHub so I was confused |
