This one is a bit weird. Tried by disconnecting wifi when connected to two IRC networks: one of them went quiet after dismissing first notification (good), one however notified of each Trying reconnect to ... attempt (so every 60-70 s).

(also English nitpick here, it should be Trying to reconnect to ....)

The issue is probably the sort of error. Srain tries to connect: Trying reconnect to network(server.internal.example.com:6667) after 135,0s... which results in error: Failed to connect to network(server.internal.example.com:6667): Error resolving “imo-desk.tpb.lab.eng.brq.redhat.com”: Name or service not known. Srain tries after random timeout again and that one spawns another notification. And another. And another...

I can not reproduce it, will notifications be accompanied by system messages with a red background?
