Use GITHOOKS_HOOKS_DIR_NAME env. variable overwrite the .githooks directory name for normal and shared repositories.
Usage GITHOOKS_HOOKS_DIR_NAME=mybla will resolve .mybla in local repos and mybla and .mybla in shared repos.
