…so this suggests the VS NetCore tooling isn't quite ready yet Closes issue #1. Tests are purely NET Framework until xUnit, VS, and NetCore tooling comes out of beta.

Pulls in beta AWS SDK (which isn't strongly named) & limits unit testing to NET 4.5.1 until tooling matures for other platforms. Closes #1.
