…ding is set so that download by other means automatically considers the result gzipped XML. Backwards compatibility is ensured by looking for this header prior to choosing to unzip. Also tidies up unit testing & interfaces to allow for more mocking & removing incorrect assumptions about how xunit runs tests in parallel. Adds integration test for both forms of configuration.
