  • Updates README to include more recent models for tasks
  • Rearranges order of the sections to be more logical (installation -> quickstart)
  • Hides some examples in dropdown menus to keep the doc clean
  • Removes the Learn more section since the docs will be refactored soon

Removed mention of TF/JAX since it seems like we're kinda moving away from it. Let me know if you want me to keep it!
