Convert burrow.js to use idiomatic typescript and switch to ethers.js
library for ABI coding - Provide ABI ContractMeta when deploying contracts (so Burrow ABI registry can be used) - Implement strict types - Add linting - Add and improve unit tests - Totally refactor contract and function to avoid confusing use of binding - Try to handle contract/contract instance distinction better - Simplify convertion between 'burrow'/GRPC types and those expected by ABI coder - Upgrade all dependencies, remove unnecessary direct dependencies - Experiement with using ABI JSON as a type constant to provide types for Contract Signed-off-by: Silas Davis <[email protected]>
