Hi !
To exploit ESC3, alongside with a template having the Certificate Request Agent EKU, we also need a template that lets "a low privileged user to use the enrollment agent certificate to request a certificate on behalf of another user" (copy-pasted from SpecterOps' original whitepaper).
This is determined by looking at the template's schema version, which Certipy did not retrieve yet. This PR implements the retrieval of this value, as well as tries to check if templates can be used for the second step of ESC3.
