- compute reverse prices and add them the other accounts
- find shortest conversion chain between commodities and compose them
- add commodity, amount, price parsing and template tag functions for testing
- make Other account use root account commodity
- convert amounts to root account commodity for average computation
- convert amounts to root account commodity for chart bar sizing
- add commodity to account header
- shorten long account names to make them fit better
- bug fixes
