This PR will add a logo for the Zig programming language in the style of the PHP logo.
The original PHP logo is cc-by-sa and sourced from wikipedia. The font used is Newtown Italic which is in the public domain. It is really similar to the font used in the PHP logo (same weird straight h, p and g).
