Jan Thomハ created PAXRUNNER-328

I am currentyl trying to launch Eclipse RCP products from IntellIJ with Pax Runner. This seems to work pretty well, however there seems to be an issue with exploded bundles, as PAXRUNNER is trying to launch the files inside the exploded bundle instead of launching the bundle. RCP for Mac comes with an exploded bundle by default so it would be nice if PAXRUNNER would support this. This is also related to PAXSCANNER-4

Exploded bundles are now supported by reference URLs, eg

reference:file:/path/to/my/bundle/
