This pull request includes updates to the build environment and the PHP version used for building documentation in the GitHub Actions workflow.

Issue: actions/runner-images#11101

Improvements to the build environment:

.github/workflows/integrate.yaml: Updated the runner to use ubuntu-22.04 instead of ubuntu-20.04.

Updates to PHP version:

.github/workflows/integrate.yaml: Changed the PHP version from php8.0 to php8.1 for the documentation build step.
