Since centos7 is deprecated and rpm-s3 is also having problems to handle arm64/aarch64 rpms
We need to have a new tool, this tool was develop and merged inside
ecm-distro-tools, this tool and sign the rpms, sign the repo and send to s3 while maintaining the structureI also changed the upload script for srcrpm, since one script can do it, only adding one if and one variable to the environment .
OBS: I tested with the latest channel and 1.32 (1.32.0, 1.32.1)
