I'd put this at the top of the readme because most of the people who'd come across the readme looking for the deployments overview wouldn't scroll that far down.
Right after "Adding additional deployments:" is a good spot, in my opinion.

Example: 1.4.1 deployment.
ContractScan is a MIT-licensed tool that supports over 100 EVM chains and doesn't have any dependencies outside of the public JSON-RPC providers.
